CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to me! I want you all to look and feel your best… fashionably on time 🫶🏼 Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/rebook your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will not get a refunded deposit and will need to pay a new one to rebook another appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE No-show appointments will be charged a no-show fee 50% of the service price No call, no shows will result in a ban from future booking. please contact me if you know you will be running late to your scheduled appointment. I understand that life happens and I want to make sure every single person that comes into my room is being treated fair and equally when it comes to the time we are paying for.
